Seung Kook Park

Dr. Seung Kook Park is the Managing Director of Biopharmaceutical Research Center of Hanall Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. since May 2007.
He was born in 1963 at South Korea. He graduated Agricultural College, Seoul National University for BS at 1985 and KAIST for MS and PhD degree in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology in 1987 and 1991 respectively. After 1 year of post-doctoral training at Korea Research Institute of Bioscience and Biotechnology (KRIBB), he had started his work at Research Institute of Life Science of Daewoong Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. since 1992, where he has done his job as Principal Research Scientist (1992-1995) and Chief Research Scientist and General Manager (1996-2001). Recently after resigning Daewoong at 2007, he joined to Biopharmaceutical Research Centre of Hanall Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd.
His experience includes Director for Academia-Industry Cooperation of the Korean Society for Biotechnology and Bioengineering (2000-2001) and Invited Research Scientist for Research Institute of Biotechnology of Takeda Chemical Co., Ltd. in Japan (1998). He has 29 publications and 29 applied and registered patents.

He received Patent Technology Award from Patent Office of Korean Government in 1996, Bioindustry Award 2001 from the Minister for Commerce, Industry and Energy of Korean Government in 2001 and New Drug Development Award from the Korean Association of New Drug Development in 2003.
