Note
Could you please explain the hidden comments you made at a couple of RfAs as they have been causing concern? 19:51, 29 March 2007 (UTC)
Concern
First off, could you please explain this edit to JuJube's Rfa and this to Cla68's Rfa? Also what is this page about in your userspace? It seams to imply you've got a bot account. Cheers Ryanpostlethwaite contribs/talk 21:10, 29 March 2007 (UTC)
- Thankyou for the barnstars, but could you check over the Rfa votes and remove everything inappropriate? And will you let me delete the bot page? Ryanpostlethwaite contribs/talk 21:44, 29 March 2007 (UTC)
- Might be funny, but it's disruption, so can I delete that page? Ryanpostlethwaite contribs/talk 21:48, 29 March 2007 (UTC)

Time To Get Serious
Seth, let's talk about your editing here at Wikipedia. Leafing through your contributions, I find a lot of stuff that isn't really all that helpful. I think what you really need is a coach. What would you think about being adopted by a more experienced user who could show you the ropes? I see that you'd like to be an administrator; maybe we could find an admin to adopt you who can steer your contributions towards that goal. What do you think? A Traintalk 23:05, 29 March 2007 (UTC)

Time To Get Serious
A tag has been placed on The WikiReform Group, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done because the article seems to be about a person, group of people, band, club, company, or web content, but it does not indicate how or why the subject is notable: that is, why an article about that subject should be included in Wikipedia. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, articles that do not assert notability may be deleted at any time. Please see the guidelines for what is generally accepted as notable, and if you can indicate why the subject of this article is notable, you may contest the tagging. To do this, add {{hangon}}
on the top of the page (below the existing db tag) and leave a note on the article's talk page explaining your position. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the article that would confirm its subject's notability under the guidelines.
For guidelines on specific types of articles, you may want to check out our criteria for biographies, for web sites, for bands, or for companies. Feel free to leave a note on my talk page if you have any questions about this. mcr616 Speak! 00:12, 31 March 2007 (UTC)
Really, thank you for all the barnstars, but your article didn't fit the notability guidelines. Sorry ! mcr616 Speak! 16:24, 31 March 2007 (UTC)
Coaching
Good evening again, I see A train's paired me up with you to be your coach! You wanted to know about willy on wheels, well he was a vandal who always included on wheels in his username, then proceeded to move pages around to put on wheels on the end, so for instance, he moved George Bush, to George bush on wheels, ever since then, we have been inundated with people copying this in their username, so for instance, User:James on Wheels, which has been very disruptive. (Word of caution, I know you enjoy a laugh, but if you start moving pages around to have on wheels at the end, you will be blocked on sight.). Down to business, you need to stop using wiki mark up, so for instance stop placing <nowiki> signs all over the place. I actually nearly blocked you without warning for those comments on the Rfa's. What was [1] this about? This is the sort of thing that could easily lead to an indefinate block, as people would mistake you for willy on wheels. Also, don't put userboxes into articles like you did here, here and here (they're not the only ones but there's too many to add all of them), this could be considered vandalism, even though you were trying to do something good. Articles aren't rated for appropriate content because wikipedia is not censored. What exactly are you aims for wikipedia? I mean, do you want to revert vandalism? Edit articles? Add stub and clean up tags? Check new pages (by going to the new pages log) for suitability and tag them for deletion if required? Let me know, and we can work from there. Also, have you got any questions Ryanpostlethwaite contribs/talk 17:41, 31 March 2007 (UTC)
- To add to this, spoofing another users signature is a very serious matter. I would ask that you stop this at once, again, if you carry on doing this, you will be blocked from editing Ryanpostlethwaite contribs/talk 21:20, 31 March 2007 (UTC)
