Sessame is a comune (municipality) in the Province of Asti in the Italian region Piedmont, located about 70 km southeast of Turin and about 30 km southeast of Asti. As of 31 December 2004, it had a population of 281 and an area of 8.5 km².[1]
Sessame borders the following municipalities: Bistagno, Cassinasco, Monastero Bormida, Ponti, and Rocchetta Palafea.
