[edit] March 2008
Welcome to Wikipedia, and thank you for your contributions. One of the core policies of Wikipedia is that articles should always be written from a neutral point of view. A contribution you made to Sergio Leone appears to carry a non-neutral point of view, and your edit may have been changed or reverted to correct the problem. Please remember to observe our core policies. Thank you. — Insanity Incarnate 17:52, 4 March 2008 (UTC)
Please do not vandalize pages, as you did with this edit to Laura Gemser. If you continue to do so, you will be blocked from editing. · AndonicO Hail! 17:53, 4 March 2008 (UTC)
[edit] Speedy deletion of "Emanuelle and the Last Cannibals"
A page you created, Emanuelle and the Last Cannibals, has been tagged for deletion in accordance with our deletion policy. In particular, it meets one or more criteria for speedy deletion; the relevant criterion is:
- No indication of importance/significance. An article about a real person, group of people, band, club, company, organisation, or web content that does not indicate why its subject is important or significant.
Wikipedia has certain standards for inclusion that all articles must meet. Certain types of article must establish the notability of their subject by asserting its importance or significance. Additionally, since Wikipedia is an encyclopedia, content inappropriate for an encyclopedia, or content that would be more suited to somewhere else (such as a directory or social networking website) is not acceptable. See What Wikipedia is not for the relevant policy.
You are welcome to contribute content which complies with our content policies and any applicable inclusion guidelines. However, please do not simply re-create the page with the same content. You may also wish to read our introduction to editing and guide to writing your first article.
If you have any questions, please contact an administrator for assistance. Thank you J.delanoygabsadds 17:59, 4 March 2008 (UTC)
This is your last warning. You will be blocked from editing the next time you vandalize a page, as you did with this edit to Joe D'Amato. The Helpful One (Review) 18:15, 4 March 2008 (UTC)
[edit] Emanuelle's Revenge
Another editor has added the {{prod}}
template to the article Emanuelle's Revenge, suggesting that it be deleted according to the proposed deletion process. All contributions are appreciated, but the editor doesn't believe it satisfies Wikipedia's criteria for inclusion, and has explained why in the article (see also Wikipedia:What Wikipedia is not and Wikipedia:Notability). Please either work to improve the article if the topic is worthy of inclusion in Wikipedia or discuss the relevant issues at its talk page. If you remove the {{prod}}
template, the article will not be deleted, but note that it may still be sent to Wikipedia:Articles for deletion, where it may be deleted if consensus to delete is reached. BJBot (talk) 19:05, 4 March 2008 (UTC)
Hi, the recent edit you made to Joe D'Amato has been reverted, as it appears to be unconstructive. Use the sandbox for testing; if you believe the edit was constructive, ensure that you provide an informative edit summary. You may also wish to read the introduction to editing. Thanks. [edit] Notability of Louis Brentnall
A tag has been placed on Louis Brentnall requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done because the article appears to be about a real person, organization (band, club, company, etc.), or web content, but it does not indicate how or why the subject is notable: that is, why an article about that subject should be included in an encyclopedia. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, articles that do not indicate the subject's importance or significance may be deleted at any time. Please see the guidelines for what is generally accepted as notable. If this is the first page that you have created, then you should read the guide to writing your first article.
If you think that you can assert the notability of the subject, you may contest the deletion by adding {{hangon}}
to the top of the page (just below the existing speedy deletion or "db" tag), coupled with adding a note on the article's talk page explaining your position, but be aware that once tagged for speedy deletion, if the article meets the criterion it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the article that would confirm the subject's notability under Wikipedia guidelines.
For guidelines on specific types of articles, you may want to check out our criteria for biographies, for web sites, for bands, or for companies. Feel free to leave a note on my talk page if you have any questions about this. AndrewWTaylor (talk) 08:20, 20 March 2008 (UTC)
[edit] Greatest films
Hello Sergio. I've removed the films you recently added to Films considered the greatest ever. They may all have been claimed by many to be the best, but without citations, I have no choice but to removed their mention from the article. Without having some strict guidelines for inclusion, the list quickly devolves into a collection of everyone's personal favorites. I hope you will take the effort to look for citations that directly claim them to be "the best". If you can find citations for any of the films, please feel free to re-add them. Thanks. -- ☑ SamuelWantman 07:52, 8 May 2008 (UTC)
