I, rcnj, had promised to write this article, but I failed to meet my deadline. School got to be too much, but I should have posted that here.

I still promise to write this article completely, but I won't be holding myself to a deadline. I have already completed the section on Federal Reserve Notes, and I will do the United States Notes next.
