Serilingampalle is a town and a municipality in Rangareddi district in the Andhra Pradesh state of southern India. It has a population of 150,525 (2001 census) and forms part of the Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation.

As of 2001 India census[1], Serilingampalle had a population of 150,525. Males constitute 50% of the population and females 50%. Serilingampalle has an average literacy rate of 42%, lower than the national average of 59.5%: male literacy is 42%, and female literacy is 41%.
