Sergio Fajardo

Sergio Fajardo, a mathematician from University of the Andes, Colombia turned politician, was the mayor of Medellín from 2003 to 2007. He ran as an independent.[1] Fajardo was granted a Ph.D. from the University of Wisconsin at Madison.
