Sergio Battistini (born 7 May 1963 in Massa) is a retired Italian footballer who played for Milan, Fiorentina, Inter Milan, Brescia and Spezia. He also competed at the 1984 Summer Olympics.
In January 1985, Battistini was injured and had to be substituted at half-time. His replacement was Paolo Maldini, who was made his Milan debut.[1]
