Sergey Morozov

Sergey Morozov is the governor of Ulyanovsk Oblast. He was elected by a low margin in 2004. He became governor in 2005.

He also wanted to introduce a holiday in which people will get paid money and could win a car on the 12th of June. Unfortunately he has had little success putting his plan into action on a bigger scale, but currently his "holiday" has been going on for a period of 3 years.
