Sergei Zlobin

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Sergei Zlobin is a Russian racing driver. In 2002, he was a test driver for the Minardi Formula One. Although he would never compete, he would be one of the few Russians to pilot a Formula One car. He would later be entered briefly in the FIA GT Championship in 2006, driving for BMS Scuderia Italia.

On September 24, 2007, Zlobin survived a car bomb which had been planted in his Mercedes-Benz G500. The explosion caused minor injuries to Zlobin's legs, but he was able to get out of the vehicle himself to call police.[1]
