Sergei Starikov (Russian: Сергей Стариков) (born December 4, 1958 in Chelyabinsk, USSR) was a Russian ice hockey player, who competed for the Soviet national team.
Sergei Starikov won 9 national titles in the Soviet Union. Participating in 3 Olympic Tournaments, Sergei won 2 Gold and 1 Silver medal. He would appear on the cover of Sports Illustrated, becoming one of the first Soviet players to wear an NHL uniform when he joined the Devils.
He lives in New Jersey and currently is an instructor at The Rock Ice Pavilion.
