Sergei Vadimovich Gorlukovich (Russian: Сергей Вадимович Горлукович) (born 18 November 1961 in Boruny, Hrodna Voblast, Belarussian SSR) is a Russian football manager and former international player. As a manager he worked with FC SKA-Energia Khabarovsk and FC Avangard Kursk.
Among the clubs he played for include FC Dynamo Minsk, FC Lokomotiv Moscow, Borussia Dortmund, Bayer 05 Uerdingen, FC Alania Vladikavkaz and FC Spartak Moscow. In international football, Gorlukovich played at the 1990 and 1994 FIFA World Cup, and Euro 1996.
