Serge Bellemare (born 1947 in Shawinigan, Quebec) is a Canadian environmental activist.

Bellemare helped form the Quebecois branch of the Green Party of Canada during the 1980s. In 1989, he was a nominee of the Green Party in the provincial elections in the Sainte-Anne district. Bellemare was also a candidate for the Greens in Montcalm in 2004 and in LaSalle-Émard in 2006. He finished fifth in 2006 with 3% of the vote against Liberal incumbent and Prime Minister Paul Martin.
