Serge April

Serge April is a former Canadian diplomat. He was concurrently High Commissioner to Gambia and Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary to Mauritania and Senegal. He later became Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotenitary to Cape Verde, Guinea and Guinea-Bissau and in 1996 became Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary to Poland.
