Serengeti Shall Not Die (German: Serengeti darf nicht sterben) is a German nature documentary made in 1959, written and directed by Bernhard Grzimek.

The cinematographer Michael Grzimek died on-location during the filming of the documentary.

It won the Academy Award for Documentary Feature in 1959.
