The elections for the Parliament of the Republic of Serbia (a constituent state of the Federal Republic of Yugoslavia) held on 21 September 1997. Out of a total 7,210,386 voters, 4.139.080 (57.4%) voted. 164,307 (3.96%) papers were invalid:
