Parliamentary elections were held in the Republic of Serbia on April 27, 1992. The vote was held only two years after the previous election, as it was necessitated by the dissolution of the Socialist Federal Republic of Yugoslavia the the establishment of the Federal Republic of Yugoslavia, containing Serbia and Montenegro. 6,959,469 were eligible to vote.

After the elections, Slobodan Milošević's Socialist Party of Serbia and Vojislav Šešelj's Serbian Radical Party established the government.
