Serbian First League or Prva Liga Srbija (Serbian: Прва Лига Србија) is the name for the second tier in Serbia's football league. The league is operated by the Football Association of Serbia. 18 teams are set to compete in this league for the 2007-2008 season. Two will be promoted to the Serbian Superliga, and six will be relegated the third tier of Serbian football, the Srpska Liga.
It often refer as Prva Liga Telekom Srbija, named after the main sponsor of the league, Telekom Srbija.
The league was formed to replace the old second division for the new state union of Serbia and Montenegro, where Montenegro have their own Prva Liga both serve as second level. But after Montenegrin independence referendum, 2006 the Serbian First League was the only group of second level.
