re: Relationship to other equilibrium refinements

Just a quick question: Is it really the case that "Sequential equilibrium is a further refinement of subgame perfect equilibrium"? in Kreps and Wilson they state that "Every perfect equilibrium is sequential.". This would suggest that a subgame perfect equilibrium is a refinement of a sequential equilibrium, if anything, no?
