Seqouyah Middle School is a public middle school located in Doraville, Georgia and part of the DeKalb County School System.

The school serves sections of Doraville and Chamblee as well as several unincorporated areas.

Originally a high school, Seqouyah Middle School was formed in 1964. It was built on grounds that were meeting places for Sequoyah Tribes. In 1989 it became a junior high school, and then again in 1996 it became a middle school.
