i want details about the LARGE ASD SECUNDUM(WITH LEFT TO RIGHT SHUNT).ESPECIALLY THE DEATAILS ABOUT COMPLICATIONS BEFORE THE TREATMENT OF THE DISEASE AND EVEN AFTER IT. I WOULD LIKE TO HAVE THE SYMPTOMS DEATIL AND ALSO THE VARIOUS TREATMENTS PREFFERED FOR THE DISEASE( ABOVE SAID ).WHAT WOULD BE THW RESULT IF THE TREATMENT IS IGNORED?
