Septimus Bean and His Amazing Machine (ISBN 9780819309990) is a children's book written by Janet Quin-Harkin and illustrated by Art Cumings in 1979. It was distributed by the Parents Magazine Press of New York as part of the "read aloud" program.
The story was written in the limerick form of poetry about a character who has built an amazing machine whose use has yet to be discovered.
