Seoul World DJ Festival is held annually at the Nanji campground(Seoul) Korea, South Korea by SangSang factory. The first festival, held from May 3 to May 5, 2007, was a part of 'Hi Seoul Festival', is one of the biggest festival in Korea. The focus of "SWDF" is making audience to be participants according to the motto "Audience 0%, Participants 100%". For example, Nanji Artist, 21cRPM etc. It efforts to develop and promote talent openly. It features a live concert, a dance party, and a world rhythm festival, under the sun and moon all day. In 2008, SWDF is estabilished to become the only one DJ festival in Korea.

What is Seoul World DJ Festival? Seoul World DJ Festival is the largest outdoor dance festival in Korea. It was one of Hi Seoul Festival's main program in May, 2007 and was attended by more than ninety thousand people over three days. The event encouraged people to dance until the morning came. Artists, performers and fans of all tastes and genres, including electronica, rock and roll, international, attended and showed their enthusiasm.

Seoul World DJ Festival started as one of Hi Festival's main programs in 2007, however due to its popularity, in 2008 this event will be held independently by paid admission. Of all the general festivals in Korea, Seoul World DJ Festival can be considered the most Korean and international festival. Here, we allow experiences and citizens to come together through music. There will be no barriers in this place, between pros and amateurs, and between artists and audiences. Everyone will feel like a hero or a heroine at this event.

This festival will run all night long from 2pm May 3rd to 5am May 5th, for 3 consecutive days. All the popular cultures will come together through the DJ culture in this event, which can only be considered an immense milestone for Korea.
