Hello, this short abbrevition was put up by me because there are so many authors who abbreviate senate documents "s.doc." to call the defintion unencyclopedic is not correct. Maybe a better defintion is needed, but "s.doc." is quite common.Travb 08:44, 21 December 2005 (UTC)
