Sentimiento is the sixth album done by Ivy Queen, and was released on March 27, 2007 by Univision Music Group. Entering the Top Latin Album chart at number 4, making it her highest peaking position yet by any of her albums. Its also her fastest selling album, within a month it received an Oro certification, and already selling 200,000 copies worldwide. "Que Lloren" was the first single of the album, and it became a Top 10 hit on the Hot Latin Tracks chart. The album was nominated for a 2007 Latin Grammy in the "Best Urban Album" category.

"En Que Fallamos" has just been released with club mixes by Chris "The Greek" Panagi and Norty Cotto.
