[edit] Hurricane Katrina

Sensation was one of several cruise ships chartered by the US Government to provide accommodation for refugees and relief workers following Hurricane Katrina. After being released from FEMA service, the Sensation began cruising from Port Canaveral, replacing the Fantasy on Carnival's three and four day cruises from Port Canaveral.
