As of 1991 Bangladesh census[1], Senbagh has a population of 216309. Males constitute are 48.24% of the population, and females 51.76%. This Upazila's eighteen up population is 100117. Senbagh has an average literacy rate of 43.5% (7+ years), and the national average of 32.4% literate. [2]
