This is a web-resolution screenshot from the movie Star Wars Episode I: The Phantom Menace. It is currently being used in the relevant article(s) for commentary on the fictional institution known as "the Galactic Senate". Since it is highly unlikely that a free subsitute would exist, it is believed that this image fits the criteria for use under the Fair Use provision, as outlined in the template below.
