Sempiternal Harmony is a religious philosophy for the individual seeking to peaceful coexistence through change in his or her own life. Because the essence of the Divine is present in all matter, all sensory observation is Divine. This statement refers to a time before the creation of the Universe and is explained in ongoing scientific observation. God works in mysterious ways, for sure, but the Divine also works in ways we can comprehend. This doesn't mean that there is no room for faith. No matter how much we can understand there will still be things that must be left to belief. Yet, when scientific observation yields proofs the Sempiternal Harmonist embraces these new laws of God.

The concept of peaceful coexistence involves removing one's self from conflict by respecting other cultures and not trying to change them. A Sempiternal Harmonist might not agree with the way other people act, but is willing to let those people live their culture. This, of course, is not for everyone. The process of Sempiternal Harmony is to simply be an example of peace within one's self. To do this one can follow certain principles which, when shared, provide a support group and community that can strengthen an individual resolve.

1. There is One Omnipotent, Omniscient, Creator, Divine, God described with different sounding words. These words are descriptive of the culture and time in which they were born.

2. There is a vast assortment of words are used to describe the Divine Creator. “God” is one English word in a vast assortment of words and sounds. Where the description means “the supreme Lord of All;” where it implies no power is greater, each of the words or sounds means the same. Thus, those cultures worship the same deity, yet in their own way.

3. Before the existence of the universe (X3 ) there was God (X), and at creation the universe became manifest from the essence of God. Everything, every subatomic partial, which we can experience with our senses is comprised of atoms that sprang into being at creation and is essence of the Divine. (note the similarity with present theories of science and mathematics) Thus, it can be surmised that the “Divine Power” is multidimensional to the infinite degree while the sensory universe, the world that we can know, is one extremely small part of the Divine. To the Sempiternal Harmonist the laws of physics, mathematics, chemistry, and human nature are also laws of God.

4. Every human being is a manifestation of God and is thus divine in and of his or her self. God is much more than anyone, but everyone is as much of God as he or she can be. All of the great spiritual ones intuitively understood this. They attempted to teach those who would listen in words they could understand. The remnant of these words is with us today in scriptures, legends, and tribal stories. While some people do realize their divine self, the overwhelming majority do not. The reason this is the case is that people tend to think more about material self rather than complete self. The complete self includes not only the material world, but also the spiritual world. It should be noted that realization of the divine self it can be just as unproductive when thinking of spiritual self only.

5. Each one should enter into the presents of each other as though he or she is entering into the presents of the Divine, for this is truly the case. Treat everyone with respect, reverence and peaceful interaction.

6. Each one should interact with the environment as though she or he is in the presents of God, for this is truly the case. Be good, respectful stewards of the earth when using minerals, plants, and animals in a necessary and natural way.

7. Adopt and live by a personal moral code that challenges and sets boundaries for one’s self while respecting the moral code of others. Do not covet or attempt to sway the emotions of another person’s spouse. Do not take what is not given to you. Do not talk falsely. Do not be the cause of sorrow.

8. Do not take the life of another person except to protect the life of one in imminent danger of being killed.

9. Up lift, honor, respect, guide, provide for, and make children the centerpiece of civilization.

10. Live healthily, peacefully, honestly, respectfully, meditate, study World Scriptures and support Sempiternal Harmony through work and exemplary living.
