Seminole Warriors Boxing, usually shortened to Warriors Boxing is one of the USA's leading boxing promoters .

Launched in 2003 and based in Hollywood, Florida, the company amassed veterans like Oliver McCall, Lance Whitaker, and prospects like Sultan Ibragimov, Roman Greenberg, Wilmer Vasquez and Carl Davis Drummond especially in the heavyweight division. Ibragimov has managed to win a world title.

O'Neil Bell briefly held the undisputed cruiserweight title. Vadim Tokarev and Krzysztof Wlodarczyk are also Cruiserweights.

In the weightclasses below that they promote Glen Johnson (boxer), Edison Miranda, Sechew Powell Khabib Allakhverdiyev and Celestino Caballero.
