- 1836 - Texas Revolution: Mexican forces took the Alamo.
- 1857 - U.S. Supreme Court ruled in Dred Scott v. Sandford.
Removed:
- 1946 - Vietnam War: Ho Chi Minh's agreement with France which recognizes Vietnam.
