Sellingen

The town centre (dark green) and the statistical district (light green) of Sellingen in the municipality of Vlagtwedde.

Sellingen (52°57′N, 7°9′E) is a town in the Dutch province of Groningen. It is a part of the municipality of Vlagtwedde, and lies about 25 km northeast of Emmen.

In 2001, the town of Sellingen had 837 inhabitants. The built-up area of the town was 0.35 km², and contained 359 residences.[1] The statistical area "Sellingen", which also can include the surrounding countryside, has a population of around 1400.[2]
