Selah Tuthill

Selah Tuthill (October 26, 1771 - September 7, 1821) was a U.S. Representative from New York, uncle of Joseph Hasbrouck Tuthill.
Born in Blooming Grove, New York, Tuthill attended public and private schools. He served as member of the State assembly from Ulster County in 1805 and from Orange County in 1820.
Tuthill was elected to the Seventeenth Congress and served from March 4, 1821, until his death in Goshen, New York, September 7, 1821. He was interred in Riverside Cemetery, Marlboro, New York.
