Sekonda

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Sekonda is a British distributor of inexpensive fashion wristwatches. Sekonda is the best-selling watch brand in the United Kingdom.[citation needed]

Originally a company which marketed Soviet-made times pieces in the West, Sekonda's Soviet ties ended with the break-up of the USSR. Most Soviet-era Sekondas were re-badged Poljot models produced by the First Moscow Watch Factory.

Since 1993, the company has imported its products from factories in Asia, as it no longer has ties with the First Moscow Watch Factory.
