Sekolah Menengah Kebangsaan Kepong Baru, sometimes abbreviated as SMKB, is a public secondary school located in Kuala Lumpur. Established in 1977, its motto is "to make today better than yesterday", and its school song is "Berusaha Menuju Kejayaan".

SMKB has shown that it has capabilities in everything especially in sports and academic performing every year without fail.This school is growing and has the potential to become one of the best school in Malaysia if not Asia lead by brilliant discipline from the teachers and this school is heading towards new heights.

The school publishes a yearly school magazine titled 'Mutiara'(Pearl) that chronicles events in school of that year. Currently there is a 2008 Mutiara published and circulated to all students and teachers. Template:List of schools in Malaysia
