SEJustice is a founder and advisor at National Agricultural and Environmental Forum, Nepal, where he works in agricultural machinery, rural mechanization, sustainable rural energy and rural transport projects in Nepal, Afghanistan, Nigeria and Haiti. He also aids in research and development of appropriate technology conservation agriculture (zero till reduce till) and other resource conserving machinery. He did very similar work with the International Maize and Wheat Improvement Center (CIMMYT) for over 9 years. Scott has a MA in development anthropology, and Certificate in Environmental Systems from the University of Kentucky. His practical background in machinery is from 4 years in USAF (all in Northern Baveria, Germany) and two years in US Peace Corps Nepal working as an agricultural mechanic.
