[edit] License tagging for Image:Paint 98.GIF
Thanks for uploading Image:Paint 98.GIF. Wikipedia gets thousands of images uploaded every day, and in order to verify that the images can be legally used on Wikipedia, the source and copyright status must be indicated. Images need to have an image tag applied to the image description page indicating the copyright status of the image. This uniform and easy-to-understand method of indicating the license status allows potential re-users of the images to know what they are allowed to do with the images.
For more information on using images, see the following pages:

[edit] Improving the Opera (Internet suite) article.
I think the "Compatibility" section is too long. Wikipedia articles should be written in summary style.
As the "Criticism" section already has a subsection about "Website rendering", do you think that merging some of the information from the "Compatibility" section and re-writing it in summary style would improve the article?
How else do you think we can improve the article? I am considering sending it for Peer review.
--J.L.W.S. The Special One 10:55, 23 October 2006 (UTC)
My opinion:
- Remove Compatibility section
- Create Trivia category
- Move MSN issues from Compatibility to Trivia
I'm working on improving Mobile devices section... I think I will create a new category - Opera devices to which we should move the Mobile Devices section and add a list of main Opera powered devices... What do you think about?
--seifip 11:06, 23 October 2006 (UTC)
One more thing... I think Support category should be removed --seifip 11:10, 23 October 2006 (UTC)
- Some editors don't like Trivia sections, as they tend to attract trivia that is original research. If we create a trivia section, it should contain 3-5 interesting facts about Opera, which are well-referenced, but don't belong in other sections.
- The "Website rendering" subsection of the "Criticism" section would dispel misinformation about Opera. Opera is standards-compliant, and if a website doesn't render correctly in Opera, it's their fault. This is why I think information from the Compatibility section should be moved to it, while retaining summary style.
- I agree that the Support category should be removed. --J.L.W.S. The Special One 11:40, 23 October 2006 (UTC)
