Council Motions will appear here when the council is formed. If you would like a councillor to raise a motion, you should contact them via their talkpage.

The Motions will be in the following format.

Proposed by the Proposing Councillor.

[edit] Day Two

The President, Vice President or a Clerk will ask the Councillor to sign the page to confirm the movement of the motion.

[edit] Days Three to Five

The issue is debated by Councillors.

[edit] Days Three to Six

Votes are made by the Councillors (votes can be changed up to day seven).

[edit] Day Seven

The President will confirm and assent the bill if it is passed.

[edit] Days Eight to Ten

The Clerks will update the relevant pages with the new policy. When this process is complete, the motion page will be archived.
