Seiwa (清和村; -son) was a village located in Kamimashiki District, Kumamoto, Japan. On February 11, 2005 the village merged with the towns of Yabe and Soyo (from Aso District) forming the new town of Yamato and no longer exists as an independent municipality.
As of 2003, the village had an estimated population of 3,122 and a population density of 24.11 persons per km². The total area was 129.49 km².
