Seishiro Etō

Seishiro Etō (衛藤 征士郎? born April 29, 1941) is a Japanese politician of the Liberal Democratic Party, a member of the House of Representatives in the Diet (national legislature). A native of Kusu District, Ōita, he attended Waseda University as both undergraduate and graduate. He was elected to be the mayor of the town of Kusu, Ōita in 1971 and then to the House of Representatives for the first time in 1977.
