Seiji Koga (古賀 誠史, Koga Seiji, born August 7, 1979) is a Japanese footballer. He is from Fukuoka, Japan. He currently plays for Vissel Kobe, a J. League Division 1 team. He has previously played with Okawa Middle School, Fukuoka, Japan; Higashi Fukuoka High School, Fukuoka, Japan; Yokohama F. Marinos, Japan; Avispa Fukuoka, Japan
His first appearance in the J. League was with Yokohama F. Marinos against Sanfrecce Hiroshima on 28 March 1998 at Mitsuzawa Stadium in Yokohama. His first goal in the J. League was with Avispa Fukuoka against Oita Trinita on 3 March 2002 at Hakata no Mori Stadium in Fukuoka.
