Sehat Sutardja

Sehat Sutardja (born c. 1961), co-founder of Marvell Technology Group, has served as President, Chairman of the Board, and Chief Executive Officer since its inception in 1995. In addition, he has served as President, Chief Executive Officer and a Director of Marvell Semiconductor, Inc. since its inception. From 1989 until 1995, Dr. Sutardja served as a manager and principal project engineer at 8x8, Inc., a designer and manufacturer of digital communications products. Born and raised in Jakarta, Indonesia, Dr. Sutardja moved to the United States after completing his high school and received a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from Iowa State University and holds Master of Science and Ph.D. degrees in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from the University of California, Berkeley.
In 2007, Forbes magazine listed his net worth to be US$1 billion[1], making him reach the exclusive billionaires club for the first time.
He is married to Weili Dai, and is the brother of Pantas Sutardja, fellow co-founders of Marvell.
