In September 2005, the Sedition Act was first used on individuals when two men were charged for making seditious and inflammatory racist comments on the Internet.

I thought it simply hasn't been used for a long time? --Miborovsky 00:36, 30 September 2005 (UTC)

I'm not sure, so for the above, I just quoted exactly what one CNA source said: "first used on individuals". --Vsion 01:16, 30 September 2005 (UTC)
So it used to be used on groups/organisations? --01:37, 30 September 2005 (UTC)
I can't be sure based on this CNA source, and I don't want to speculate further. Maybe other sources can give more precise infor. --Vsion 03:24, 30 September 2005 (UTC)
Found this commentary http://www.yawningbread.org/arch_2005/yax-487.htm, it says that the law was used in 1966 against two members of Barisan Socialis. --Vsion 03:59, 30 September 2005 (UTC)
