- Please provide a proper explanation. How is it biased exactly? If others don't know (including the first editor, myself) then I and others do not know what is being disputed and why. Where do people get the idea from that French had an official status in Iran?! And how on earth could it have been the shah's mother tongue??? The man's mother was Iranian, and Persian was the language he learned from childhood, although of course he was also educated in French at the same time as was appropriate for a future king.
