[edit] Merging with Stutterfly
I believe that the Stutterfly and Secret and Whisper articles should be merged. They are the same band but with a different name. —Preceding unsigned comment added by Homie C (talk • contribs) 19:27, 31 January 2008 (UTC)
It is not, Theres a different singer. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 72.79.229.54 (talk) 12:16, 11 February 2008 (UTC)
So? Lots of bands change their lineup. Doesn't mean it's a different band. I agree that they should be merged. -- FatalError (talk | contribs) 04:17, 24 February 2008 (UTC)
- It's a different band. Different name, different label, different lineup. And if the band members wanted to be seen as "the same band," they would have kept the name. They started over as a choice. 69.148.245.169 (talk) 00:00, 27 February 2008 (UTC)
Never mind; after doing some research, you're right, they view themselves as an entirely different band. My mistake. -- FatalError (talk | contribs) 04:18, 12 March 2008 (UTC)
[edit] Fair use rationale for Image:GreatWhiteWhale.jpg
Image:GreatWhiteWhale.jpg is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use.
Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to insure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.
If there is other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on the other images used on this page. Note that any fair use images lacking such an explanation can be deleted one week after being tagged, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you.

[edit] Not post-hardcore
Since Stutterfly and Secret and Whisper are two different bands, I'm getting rid of the post-hardcore genre. Stutterfly was post-hardcore, Secret and Whisper is not. -- FatalError (talk | contribs) 23:02, 12 March 2008 (UTC)
many sites are labeling them Post hardcore due to the elements of their music. thats why The way the genre is now is fine.Rockismorethanmusic (talk) 01:34, 26 March 2008 (UTC)
- Care to give me a reliable source? Until then I'm removing it because the music does not fit under the definition of post-hardcore. There's no screaming, no fast-paced guitars, etc. -- FatalError (talk | contribs) 01:18, 28 March 2008 (UTC)
dude do you listen to their music their guitars are very fast paced. and every once in awhile they do have screamo moments, and their drum beats are that out of a hardcore band. Rockismorethanmusic (talk) 12:51, 28 March 2008 (UTC)
- Uh, yeah, I listen to their music, they are one of my favorite bands. And you obviously don't know what screamo is. They have no screamo moments. Jordan screams like twice throughout the entire album. That's not enough to call them post-hardcore (and certainly not screamo), where the vocals alternate between singing and screaming/yelling, which Secret and Whisper clearly does not do. But you found a source, so I'm content. -- FatalError (talk | contribs) 20:14, 28 March 2008 (UTC)
