Joseph Wald's not a member of Second Wave. He was the head of the Regional Terrorist Cell that was assigned by Nina Myers to take out CTU. They had no idea why CTU had to be taken out, they were just told to take it out on that specific day. Remember when Wald was shocked to hear it was to allow terrorists with a Nuke to succeed with CTU crippled?

As far as I know, the only known members are:

• Syed Ali (head)
• Marie Warner
• Mamud Rashed Faheen
• Nina Myers
• Omar
• Possibly Jason Park (that guy being tortured in the Premiere), just because he and Faheen knew each other.

Sherry Palmer, Rodger Staton, and Peter Kingsley were NOT part of Second Wave. THey were part of the conspiracy that allowed the Bomb to enter the States and they planned on using Second Wave to have a connection to three middle eastern countries, to implicate them in the matter. They were involved, yes, but they were NOT Second Wave.
