Security Service Federal Credit Union is a federally insured, state chartered, 4.3 billion dollar, 632,378 member, natural person, credit union operating from approximately 40 service centers in Texas, Colorado, and abroad. Security Service is the largest credit union in San Antonio, Texas and the 11th largest in the United States.

Security Service Federal Credit Union was originally chartered in 1956 to serve the financial needs of the U.S. Air Force Security Service Command. The credit union charter has expanded to serve more than 600,000 members and more than 1,000 ways to join including several geographic locations.
