Secundus of Non
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
Secundus of Non was an adviser at the court of the Lombard king Agilulf (590–616 CE). He wrote a book on the Lombards which Paul the Deacon used in Historia gentis Langobardorum. "He seems to have known much about the early Lombard leaders, but very little about how and where the Lombards were settled in Italy." (Paul Fouracre)
