Notorious rap association based in Sarcelles, France. This music collective was created by the Ministère AMER. Composed of the rappers Passi, Stomy Bugsy, Moda, Doc Gynéco, Hamed Daye, Neg' Marrons, Fdy Phenomen, Tandem, Futuristiq. The producer-manager Kenzy will later became the boss of Secteur Ä.
