Secon is a surveying, mapping and GIS software development firm based in Bangalore, India. Originally named SECON (Sourcing and Engineering CONsultants) Surveys, this company saw considerable growth in the 1990s due to its services to large Indian petroleum, oil and gas pipeline companies such as Reliance Industries, Essar Group and Hindustan Petroleum.

SECON has also conducted the soil investigation for the Bangalore Metro project.

The company has developed several software packages for clients such as ROU (right of use) management tools and alignment sheet generators for its clients. Though the company has tried to position itself as "GIS driven" only few notable GIS projects have actually seen the light of day. However on the non-GIS front, the company has achieved recognition among pipeline companies for software development.
